Delivery

All orders from Colette Marie are shipped via Royal Mail. Deliveries over £15 must be signed, in this case you may wish to use your work address as the destination for delivery if no one is available to sign at your home address, otherwise your package will need to be collected from your local sorting office.

In general, we aim to deliver within 3-7 working days from dispatch, however, your order may arrive earlier than this, or in some cases later during busier periods. If you need an item quicker than this please contact us, and will will do our best to help.

*Only one delivery charge will be applied to your order, providing that it is all being delivered to the same address. If you require multiple delivery addresses then please place a separate order for each delivery address.

From ordering to dispatch

Due to the majority of Colette Marie products being made to order, we are unable to provide a next day delivery service. Also, as some of our products are made-to-order, the dispatch time can vary from item to item, depending on the complexity of the design. We will drop you an email when your order has been dispatched, so you know when it's on its way. Jewellery is usually dispatched within 5 working days, and greeting cards 2 working days.

*Please be aware that delays may be caused due to external influences.

Returns

We can accept returns of any of our products (except pierced products) within 21 days of receiving the goods (within 28 days of receipt for international customers). However, we can only accept items that are in their original condition and packaging. Pierced products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless there is a fault or damage. 

*Postage is payable by the customer. A refund will be issued upon receipt of goods. Please allow up to 28 days from receipt for your refund to be processed.

Damage

In the unlikely case that your product is damaged when it arrives, please let us know within 7 days so we can get a replacement out to you pronto! You may be requested photographic evidence of the damage, this is so we can make any improvements needed in the future. 

Exchanges

We will be happy to exchange products (except pierced products), should you be unhappy with your purchase.
